Antonis Mavropoulos is a chemical engineer, who has been working for 25 years of solid waste management. He has worked in 4 different continents and in a total of 25 countries having completed more than 100 international projects. In 2016, he was elected as president of ISWA, an international ΝΚΟ consisting of 40,000 scientists working on solid waste management. In this position, he is working on the major challenges of climate change, environmental impact, globalization and the cyclical economy.
