G-App, among others, stands out for its ease of use and differs from other mobile applications thanks to its innovative features and functions, such as personalized communication, user mobile engagement & gamifications, e-couponing and much more.
1. Innovative Newsfeed
Users have access to an innovative newsfeed, where they can see based on filters large offers of GERMANOS products, but also exclusive offers for each user based on personalized communication and campaigns, while also having access to contests and mini-games and many technological news that interest them. In addition, users have access to Stories, which are the latest trend in mobile applications and through Stories GERMANOS has the ability to upload thematic videos as well as promo videos of products.

Users through the application, can create discount coupons, redeeming points and have the opportunity to use discount coupons in one of the 300 physical GERMANOS stores and orders from the e-shop.
The coupons are electronic, so that no printing is required, and users very easily show the coupon code / barcode to the cashiers, who scan them and give a direct discount on the final purchase price made by the customers. This simplifies the process for both cashiers, reducing customer service time and for users who enjoy a better shopping experience.
The program is the first multi-channel (omni-channel) loyalty program, in the electronics industry that has innovation and mobile in focus and aims to enhance the customer experience GERMANOS, which this year completes 40 years in the Greek market.
